Between 2005 and 2015, the company operated under a hybrid recruitment model before fully transitioning to a 100% ethical, employer-pays model. This shift enabled Aakarshan to deploy thousands of workers at no cost to candidates, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted recruitment partner for both employers and migrant workers.
