Roles Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR and Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any stream, demonstrate a strong command of the English language, and exhibit dedication to learning and ensuring adherence to both local and international policies and compliance, particularly those related to Human Rights and Forced Labor.


HR and Compliance Officer

  • Ensure the company's operations adhere to all relevant local and international laws, regulations, and standards related to Human Rights and Forced Labor.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to proactively identify potential compliance risks. 
  • Assisting in the development of the organizational policies as per the organizational scope
  • Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance awareness of compliance requirements. Effectively communicate policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance throughout the organization.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Assisting in conducting the Audit (Internal & External) and Due Diligence
  • ​Manage the organizational documents as per the organizational scope.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, investigations, and audits. Prepare comprehensive reports for management on compliance status.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes. Collaborate with legal and other departments to address compliance issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream is required.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn and understand local and international policies and compliance, especially those related to Human Rights and Forced Labor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure thorough compliance assessments and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Display a high level of integrity and ethical behavior while handling sensitive and confidential information.
